Return Policy
Every NÓSTOS piece is made to order with care. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Made-To-Order Items
Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll help make it right with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Sizing
Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed oversized fit. If you prefer a more standard fit, we recommend sizing down.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once your order has entered production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
