For five centuries, Hanyang was the beating heart of Korean civilization. Its palaces, its gates, its ink-washed skyline against the peaks of Bugaksan and Namsan — all of it shaped a culture that has carried its memory forward into the present, where old and new exist not in tension, but in conversation.
